2024 S.C.H.O.O.L. Spring Semester
Registration starts February 1 for spring classes and will be accepted throughout the semester. Please note, registration for many of the classes must be received at least 10 days prior to first day of that class.
Some classes will be offered by Zoom. Some will be in-person.
Several will be offered outdoors or on location.
Registration for spring classes will be accepted by email or snail mail. Registrations will be processed for paid members. If you did not join in the fall, the yearly fee is $50. Our year runs from July 1 to June 30. You will receive an email confirming your registration.
Attendance Policy: Instructors/facilitators are volunteering their time to offer these educational classes and appreciate your attendance. Please let your instructor or ambassador know if you anticipate being absent.
Classes: See course descriptions for venue (Zoom or location), and fees. You will be sent an email with the invitation for Zoom classes before the class.
Welcome to S.C.H.O.O.L.
Our first classes started in September 2012, we are completing our 12th year providing non-credit classes at SUNY Cobleskill and at other locations around the county.
Our goal is to offer activities that encourage you to create, think, exercise and socialize.
A $50 Membership allows you to choose as many classes that fit your schedule and interests. Our membership year runs from July 1 to June 30. The fee is the same no matter when you join during the year. Checks made out to SCHOOL should be sent to:

Some classes may require a small fee to cover supplies. This is payable to the instructor and only applies to students taking that particular class.
Notes to Members
Parking – Make sure your school car tag is displayed on your dashboard. Speed Limit is 20mph on campus.
If the hills are too much for you, ask your doctor for a note to get a handicapped tag. There are several handicapped spots near each building. Another choice is to meet another class member in the parking lot and have them drive you to the class building before returning to park in F-Lot. Early evening classes on campus allow us to park near the building where the class is being held. You will be given a parking pass to cover parking for that class.
